Steelhead patterns

The steelhead have been running hard in Pa. Heard catches in the 50's. Anyone have a pattern they use with success. We use mainly egg patterns with a hot spot or maybe some flash and sometimes a bit of glow bug yarn wrapped like hackle at the head. It's all good.
