Santa Monica?

Does anyone fish the Santa Monica area? My daughter and her family just moved there. I'm flying over to see her in the next couple of months and was looking for some places close to that area to fly fish.

Sure... the ocean.

Bass fishing is good at some of the seservoirs but to get some trout you will need to go far.

I have been on the beach in Santa Monica and the ocean fishing can be fun at certain times of the year. The other times of the year the eye candy is fun too. :D

Just fish the Santa Monica Pier you can rent poles right there under the info center for 12 dollars and you never know what you could catch
