A trip to Florida to chase 'em on the flats with a buddy of mine!

Re: Christmas is coming!!! What do you want?
This is what I want for Christmas:
That my Mom's surgery was a better success
That I didn't break my back and have to have 4 vertebra fused
That my Dad didn't need double knee replacement.
I also wish that I thought enough to enjoy the positive things in life instead of the negative dealt out everyday.
After thinking about it I don't want anything much more then the time to say thank you, a rod in my hand and the sunshine in my face.

Breathable waders. I no longer live in the northern part of B.C. so my neoprenes are way to hot!

Really nice picture in the background as well as the rod. Artists in the family?

I do draw, but that is a rug. Looked all over for that rug. Found it at Sportsmen's Warehouse in Idaho Falls!
Thanks.
Thanks.

I was going to wait until Wednesday, but in case I get busy and forget:
Merry Christmas wetnet!
It's time! This week! I hope you, your fly-fishing son, and all the other members, have a good one . . .

Thank You! And right back at you! Christmas no matter what anyone says about commercializm.( Help spell check) is a time to sit back and focus on who you really are. You can buy all the best presents in the world and give them out but I'd rather know that someone thought enough of me to call me up and ask me to go fishing.
My fly fishing son is going to Pulaski NY again for Steelhead Jan 2nd. He still hopes to someday be on the adult Team USA Fly Fishing Team. Time will tell. He's got lots to learn catching trout in lakes. Pennsylvania doesn't have the best training grounds but we'll use what we have. I don't know anything about it except it will cost allot buying multiple spools and fly lines. $$$$$$ He's got the bit in his teeth, so I doubt anything I say will be heard. He changed his major from Civil Engineering to Agricultural Science. The Ag program at Penn State does Stream Restoration. Why in the hell should a kid from Pa want to restore streams!!!
I'm pretty proud of him.
To all of you a "Very Merry Christmas and a Very Happy New Year!"
